Therapy for trauma and grief
Healing begins with safety and understanding
What trauma or grief can feel like
You may replay painful memories, feel on edge, or struggle to trust yourself and others. Grief might come as waves of sadness, anger, or numbness that seem impossible to predict. It can be difficult to feel safe in your own body or to imagine a future that feels stable.
Our approach to supporting you
Our therapists use trauma-informed and evidence-based care, including EMDR, narrative, and mindfulness techniques. Sessions are gentle and collaborative, allowing you to regain a sense of control at your own pace.
