Schedule your call with us
Within a few business days, we’ll reach out to find a time that works best. This is a chance to ask questions and make sure we’re the right fit.
We’ll begin
Once we’ve found the right fit, we’ll send a short intake and schedule your first session virtually or in person.
If a spot isn’t available right away, we’ll offer the waitlist or a referral to a trusted colleague who can see you sooner.
“So many people go without the support they deserve. My hope is that this space helps you feel seen, understood, and cared for, right in your own community.”
— Christal Castagnozzi, M.Psy., C. Psych., Founder, and Clinical Director
Common questions before booking
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us, though we’re also happy to coordinate with your physician or school if needed.
Are your sessions virtual or in-person? Can I choose?
Both. We offer in-person appointments in Scarborough and secure virtual sessions anywhere in Ontario or Nova Scotia (pending therapist availability).
Can I change therapists later?
Of course. Our priority is fit and comfort, so if you ever feel someone else might be a better match, we’ll help you make that transition smoothly.
A few important notes
This practice is not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact 911 or your local crisis line.
Booking a consultation does not create a therapeutic relationship. Therapy begins only after mutual agreement and completion of consent forms.
Therapy is currently only available to residents located in Ontario and Nova Scotia, in accordance with licensing regulations.
