Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist
About Mary
I believe therapy is a place where you can pause, reflect, and begin steering your life in the direction you want to go, even when the winds feel strong. I invite you to connect with me as we navigate this journey together.
I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist with more than fifteen years of experience helping individuals and communities thrive across three continents. As a diasporan Indigenous Armenian and multilingual clinician, I bring empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a global perspective to every session. Speaking four languages has allowed me to better understand the diverse experiences that shape the people I work with.
My work blends traditional talk therapy with mind–body approaches to support healing from anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, and self-esteem challenges. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your story.
Status: Accepting new clients.

I’m passionate about holistic wellness and believe that real healing happens when we care for the whole self: mind, body, and soul.
Mind: I draw on approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and mindfulness and meditation to support emotional awareness and personal growth.
Body: I integrate nervous system regulation, somatic work, and breathwork to help release stored tension and create a stronger connection between mind and body.
Soul: For clients who wish to explore deeper meaning and purpose, I offer spiritually integrated therapy and energy work that honour your inner wisdom and beliefs.
I take a client-centred, strengths-based approach, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique and that therapy should reflect who you are and what you need most.

Each of these methods above supports healing in a different way:
CBT helps you notice and change unhelpful thought patterns.
DBT builds skills for managing strong emotions and improving relationships.
Solution-Focused Therapy focuses on your strengths to create practical steps forward.
IFS helps you understand the different parts of yourself and how they work together.
NLP explores the connection between language, thoughts, and behaviour to encourage positive change.
Mindfulness and Meditation foster calm and self-awareness.
Somatic work and breathwork help release tension stored in the body.
Spiritually integrated therapy and energy work support connection, meaning, and balance on a deeper level.
Together, these approaches create space for emotional, physical, and spiritual healing, helping you feel more whole and aligned in your everyday life.
