Therapy for anxiety
Learn tools to quiet worry and feel more at ease
What anxiety can feel like
Anxiety shows up in different ways for everyone.
Some people notice a constant stream of worry or racing thoughts. Others feel it in the body: tightness, restlessness, or trouble sleeping. You might avoid situations that feel overwhelming or find it hard to concentrate at work, school, or home.
However it appears, anxiety is your mind’s way of saying something needs attention. Therapy can help you understand what that message means and how to respond to it.
The goal is to understand not only what is happening but also how it shows up day to day and what will help.
Our approach to supporting you
We draw from therapies such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies. These approaches help you notice patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and practice responding to anxiety in new ways.
Sessions move at your pace and focus on what feels most useful right now.
