Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist
About Zoe
I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with eight years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions. I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults, with a special focus on maternal mental health, parenting, and family well-being.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I help clients understand their emotions, improve communication, and find confidence in themselves and their relationships.
I believe family support is key to creating positive change. Whether I’m working with children, teens, or parents, I prioritize collaboration to strengthen relationships and foster a supportive home environment.
As a two-time fertility patient, I understand firsthand the emotional weight of the fertility and parenting journey. I offer a safe, empathetic space to process those experiences and find balance through each stage.
