Christal Castagnozzi, M.Psy., C.Psych., is a registered psychologist and the Clinical Director of Thrive Psychology Health Team in Scarborough, Ontario. She specializes in neurodivergence and trauma-informed care, bridging clinical science with lived experience to make psychology more accessible. A Scarborough-raised mom of three, Christal is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults feel supported, understood, and a sense of belonging within their communities.
