About Shelby
Life often moves at a relentless pace. Whether you are navigating the pressures of school, managing a life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of daily stressors, it can be difficult to find your footing. I provide a supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and explore your story with genuine care and curiosity.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults—particularly university students—helping them navigate academic challenges, career concerns, and the complexities of growing up.
My goal is to work alongside you to ease life’s stressors and help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
