About Lyora
I'm Lyora (she/her), a Clinical Associate at Thrive Psychology. I'm finishing my Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School, and I work under the supervision of Christal Castagnozzi, C.Psych.
For nearly a decade, I've worked with children, youth, and families in schools, residential care, and community mental health. Across all of those settings, the thing that's mattered most to me is the same: people do better when they feel genuinely seen and understood.
Today I work with children, teens, adults, and families — across the lifespan. Whether you're supporting your child, navigating your own stress or anxiety, or looking for help as a family, I meet you where you are. I bring warmth and curiosity to every session, and my work is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming.

My approach is evidence-based and developmentally informed, which means I consider where a child or young person is developmentally. I draw on CBT, trauma-informed frameworks, and neurodiversity-affirming practices to create sessions that feel safe, engaging, and genuinely useful. I also believe strongly in working alongside families, not just with the individual, because change tends to last longer when the people around a child are part of the process.
